So a few academies were televised, and we were also picked. I don’t really know what this was for, but it had to do with education…and more importantly, we’re on television! HUZZAH!! hahah I was terrified at first, but it didn’t come out that bad (since they edited all the awkward moments hehe) And you can see one of my classes^^ Starts around 31:00 - wait for it to load!

I have this student in my class. He hated going to school because at his old academy, his teacher used to hit him. (Hitting students may have been the norm back in the day, but it’s definitely looked down upon now.) Apparently, whenever he’d get the answer wrong, he would get hit. Obviously this kid hates English in general.

two thousand eleven.
2010 has been quite a year, but I’m ready to leap into a new year and shed my skin. There’s something almost magical with the idea of time starting again. It’s a good reminder that forces us to learn from our mistakes and grow into a new (and hopefully better) person.
